Garage Flooring specializes in supplying and installing the following garage flooring systems across the UAE:

We serve residential, commercial, industrial, and automotive clients across all seven UAE emirates, with same-day site inspection response in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

04.Quotes and Pricing

4.1 Free Site Inspection

We provide free site inspections across the UAE. There is no obligation to proceed after the inspection.

4.2 Written Quotations

All formal quotes are provided in writing following an on-site inspection. Verbal estimates or rough quotes shared via phone or WhatsApp are indicative only and not binding.

4.3 Quote Validity

4.4 Pricing Inclusions

Each quote specifies what is included — typically materials, surface preparation, installation labor, and standard finishing. Items NOT included by default (unless specified):

• Removal of existing flooring or major debris
• Repair of significant structural damage
• Drainage modifications
• Electrical, plumbing, or HVAC adjustments
• Furniture or vehicle relocation
• Permits or regulatory approvals (where required by client's property)

Any additional work identified during inspection or installation will be quoted separately and require client approval before proceeding.

4.5 Currency and Taxes

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). VAT is charged in addition to quoted prices where applicable, in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.

Refunds for deposits are evaluated case-by-case. Once materials have been ordered or installation work has commenced, deposits are generally non-refundable.

6.1 Estimated Timelines

Project timelines provided in quotes are estimates based on standard conditions. Actual timelines may vary due to:

• Surface preparation complexity discovered during installation
• Material curing requirements (especially for epoxy and PU systems in UAE climate)
• Weather conditions
• Client-side delays (access, decision-making, payment)
• Supply chain disruptions outside our control

6.2 Reasonable Efforts

We make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeline. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

6.3 Client Cooperation

Clients are responsible for providing safe site access, clear working conditions, electricity, water, and any agreed site preparation by the scheduled installation date. Delays caused by lack of client cooperation may extend timelines and may result in additional charges.

07.Surface Preparation and Site Conditions

7.1 Client Responsibilities Before Installation

Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the existing floor condition
• Removing vehicles, furniture, and personal items from the work area
• Ensuring electrical and water access
• Allowing reasonable working hours for our installation team

7.2 Hidden Conditions

Our installations rely on the substrate (typically concrete) being structurally sound. If hidden conditions are discovered during installation — such as severe moisture issues, significant cracks, asbestos, or unstable substrates — we will pause work, notify the client, and may issue a revised quote for additional remediation.

7.3 Client Approval for Additional Work

Any additional work beyond the original quote requires written client approval before proceeding.

08.Warranty

8.1 Workmanship Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on all installations. The duration depends on the flooring system:

Specific warranty terms are confirmed in writing on each project's quote/invoice.

8.2 Material Warranty

Material warranties are provided by the original manufacturer. We pass through manufacturer warranty terms where applicable. Warranty claims on materials are subject to manufacturer inspection and approval.

8.3 Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or negligence
• Damage from chemical spills, fire, flooding, or other extraordinary events
• Wear and tear from heavy industrial use exceeding the system's rated capacity
• Damage from third-party modifications or repairs
• Cosmetic changes (slight color fading) due to UV exposure on outdoor or semi-outdoor installations
• Substrate failures originating from the underlying concrete or building structure
• Floors not maintained according to our provided care instructions
• Floors modified, drilled, or altered after installation

8.4 Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim:

• Contact us in writing within the warranty period
• Provide photographs and a description of the issue
• Allow us to schedule a site inspection (within 30 days of claim)
• We will assess the issue and propose a remedy if covered

09.Cancellation Policy

9.1 Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project before installation begins. Cancellation terms:

• Before deposit paid: no charge
• After deposit paid, before materials ordered: deposit may be refunded minus reasonable administrative costs
• After materials ordered: deposit is non-refundable; additional material costs may apply
• After installation begins: full payment for work completed plus material costs is due

9.2 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel a project before installation if:

• Site conditions are unsafe or do not match the inspection report
• Client behavior is abusive, threatening, or makes installation impractical
• Force majeure events prevent project completion
• Required deposits are not paid by agreed dates

In such cases, paid deposits will be refunded after deduction of reasonable costs incurred.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

• Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of use
• We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, equipment, or items left in the work area unless caused by our direct negligence
• We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events including but not limited to weather, regulatory action, supply chain disruption, civil unrest, pandemic, or natural disaster

11.Intellectual Property

11.1 Website Content

All content on our website — including text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and structured data — is the property of Garage Flooring or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

11.2 Project Photography

We may photograph completed installations for portfolio, marketing, and case study purposes. Client identity and exact location are not disclosed without explicit consent. If you do not want your project photographed, please notify us in writing before installation.

11.3 Trademarks

"Garage Flooring" and our associated logos are trademarks of our company. Use of these marks without written permission is prohibited.

12.Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we handle your personal data.

13.Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of third-party websites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

14.Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, weather events, or natural disasters
• Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Strikes or labor disputes
• Power outages or infrastructure failures
• Supply chain disruptions

15.Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Posting a notice on our website homepage for significant changes
• Notifying active clients via email where appropriate

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16.Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any project-specific quote or invoice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Garage Flooring regarding our services. They supersede any prior verbal or written communications.

Project-specific terms in a signed quotation or contract take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

18.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including applicable Emirate-level regulations.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
